At Genesis INC., we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please read our Cancellation Policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by Genesis INC.
Genesis INC. reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Delivery location is not serviceable.
- Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If your order is cancelled by Genesis INC. after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For orders cancelled before shipment:
- Online payment refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
- The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
5. Modification of Orders
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request changes such as:
- Shipping address
- Contact number
- Product quantity (subject to availability)
Once the order has been packed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
